PRICE

All prices stated are in New Zealand Dollars by default, are GST inclusive and are subject to change without immediate notice. Wow Living is entitled to decline any orders without reason. Prices stated on this website are per each item, unless stated otherwise.

PAYMENT

Orders need to be paid in full before orders can be shipped. We currently accept: - Direct Credit/Bank Deposit (New Zealand only) - Credit Card via Paypal (subject to convenience fees) All freight charges and PayPal surcharges will be paid by the customer. Payment is required within 3 working days after confirmation to secure your order. For payments received thereafter, products will be restocked and order will be cancelled.

RURAL DELIVERIES

Rural Delivery addresses may incur an additional fee . Addresses without an R.D. code may still be subjected to rural delivery charges. Our delivery times indicated on this website are an estimated guide only, they are not commitments. We check all goods before dispatch.

WARRANTY

Warranty vary on different products. Please review the product details for warranty period. Warranty does not cover the wear and tear, water-lodge of the product, if it has been dropped or in any way been affected by external factors. Goods are not covered by warranty if there is misuse of the product (ie. overstretched, pulled by too much force, or testing outside of its means of usage, etc) We will replace faulty products, provided they are defective and not because you have simply changed your mind. All goods remain the property of Wow Living Products & Services Limited until amounts are fully paid. The picture of goods featured on this website may not be identical to the actual product.

RETURNS

Any merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same original packaging, unopened or unused condition with all manuals as when it was received. A pickup and/or restocking fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 7 working days of receipt of merchandise. If faulty goods cannot be repaired, buyer will be advised by email and sent a replacement or a refund of only the value of the goods purchased. Goods may only be returned if a "Return Reference" has been provided. Once the returned goods have been received and approved, a refund or exchange of the replacement goods will be dispatched accordingly. Refunds are paid only on the value of the goods and do not cover any courier costs involved in sending the goods to the customer. Please understand that once you place an order, we then make arrangements with our suppliers for delivery of that product. Therefore, once we have confirmed arrangements with our supplier, your order cannot be cancelled. Please note that an item is not considered faulty if it is incompatible with your other equipment. We do not replace goods because you simply changed your mind, so please choose carefully!
