Mee Siam is a dish of thin rice vermicelli popular in Singapore and Malaysia. Mee Siam is typically garnished with shredded omelette, scallions, bean sprouts, garlic chives, and lime wedges.No added MSG, No added artificial colouring, Halal certified
Ingredients:Onion, Garlic, RBD Palm Olein, Soybeans Paste (Contain Soybeans, Gluten & Sodium Benzoate (E210)), Tamarind, Shrimp, Turmeric, Salt, Sugar and Peanut.
Cooking Instructions:1) Soak 200gm bee hoon in hot water until soft. Remove and strain the bee hoon.2) Fry 1 packet IKAN BRAND Mee Siam Paste with 500ml water. Add other ingredients such as shrimp, squid, chicken, mustard greens, bean sprouts and tomatoes for added flavor.3) When the broth is boiling, add bee hoon.
